CO2 Tech Finalizes
Acquisition of China Energy & Carbon Black Holdings,
Inc.
LONDON, Jan. 29, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- CO2 Tech
President, Ms. Helga Schotten, today announced the
successful completion of the reverse merger with
China Energy & Carbon Black Holdings, Inc. ("China
Energy"), in which CO2 Tech Ltd. acquired 100% of
China Energy. Its trading symbol is now (Pink
Sheets:CTTD). China Energy's entire board of
directors and management has been replaced in its
entirety by CO2 Tech and, furthermore, all of CO2
Tech's assets, business and operations have been
merged into China Energy and consequently, China
Energy has changed its operating name to CO2 Tech to
reflect its newly acquired business operations.
According to latest market reports environmental
technologies (ET), commonly referred to as
anti-global warming technologies, is one of the
fastest growing industry sectors worldwide. The
global market for environmental technologies
currently is projected to grow from about $400
billion today to approximately $600 billion by the
year 2010. The largest world ET markets are the
United States, Japan, Europe, Canada, South Korea,
the China Economic Area, Brazil, and Mexico. U.S.
exports of about $10 billion support some 170,000
