CO2Tech has
developed a reputation as an innovator and marketer of
proprietary anti-global warming products that monitor and reduce carbon dioxide
levels which are well-known to cause global heating.

In constructing the most effective
solutions for its customers,
CO2Tech
integrates and customizes alternative energy source systems as
well as its own proprietary off-the-shelf products:
Membrane
Separation System
CO2Tech's
membrane separation system improves process economics and
reduces air pollution by recovering feedstock.
The purge
stream from industrial reactors represents an important
resource recovery and pollution reduction opportunity.
Ethylene-selective and argon-selective membranes can be
used to economically recover ethylene from the argon purge
stream from oxygen-oxidation reactors. Processes based on
ethylene-selective silicone rubber membrane are superior
to those using argon-selective membranes and can achieve
80% ethylene recovery with a system payback time of less
than 1 year, provided sufficient compressor capacity is
available in the plant. If additional compressors are
required, fluorinated, argon selective glassy membranes
are added to achieve a shorter payback period.
Flue gas desulferization
The
company has developed and successfully implemented flue
gas desulferizationin utility
power plants, which removes sulfur dioxide from flue gases
using a variety of reagents, including caustic, lime,
limestone, ammonia, flyash, magnesium oxide, soda ash, sea
water or double alkali.
The
company offers various wet flue gas desulferization
systems that recover sulfur, sulfuric acid or make dry
gypsum from waste product, on over 20,000 MW of combined
power plant capacity, able to can achieve over 99% sulfur
dioxide removal efficiency and can recover up to 90% of
oxidized mercury in the flue gas.
APC
- Air Pollution
Control system
Application areas include
foundries, steel plants, chemical plants, fertilizers,
textiles, paper and pulp industries, power generation and
other industries. The APC is rugged in construction, and
provide reliable, trouble-free service. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced. The compact units
provide quiet, highly efficient operation design, and are
available in various materials including MS, SS, MS-rubber
lined, FRP, PVC, PP, etc.
1XV
Sophisticated membrane and
filter system used for the removal of fine solid particles
from gas/air.
Clean p300
Sophisticated technology for the removal of pollutant gases and solid sub-micron particles. This energy-saving system is activated by state-of-the-art sensors which identify and measure emission levels.
Energy P-1200 Industrial
Environmental-friendly system of heavy-duty evaporator
units designed for low-temperature operation, with
outstanding thermal efficiency, reduced scale
accumulation and superior availability, together with
automatic, reliable seed concentration control. The system
is powered by low pressure steam and is available in
various capacity formats, with a treatment output ranging
from 300 to 7,000 ton/day per unit.
Aqueous
and vapor-phase carbon adsorption software application
Carbon adsorption is a remediation technology in which
pollutants are removed from air by physical adsorption
onto activated carbon grains. Carbon is "activated" for
this purpose by processing the carbon to create porous
particles with a large internal surface area (300 to 2,500
square meters or 3,200 to 27,000 square feet per gram of
carbon) that attracts and adsorbs organic molecules as
well as certain metal and inorganic molecules.
CO2Tech
has developed a combined aqueous and vapor-phase carbon
adsorption software application that operates under
Microsoft Windows® environment. The application generates
a correlation curve to determine the activated carbon
adsorption capacity. When parameters such as molecular
weight, solubility, refractive index are entered, the
application calculates vapor and aqueous capacities from a
single component, up to eleven multiple miscible liquid
components. Entering the necessary parameters into the
software can help to provide AC feasibility, and estimate
the refractive index of molecules whose bonds are entered
into the software.
Heavy
Evaporator Units for Zero Liquid Discharge – in development
CO2Tech
has begun development of cost-effectiveheavy-duty
evaporator units which will be designed for waste-water
treatment in utilities, chemical processes, pulp and paper
and other industries with zero liquid discharge
requirements. These evaporator units are specially
designed to resolve waste water
problems, cost-effectively, particularly in installations
where zero discharge of liquids is
required. Furthermore, in
light of the irregular supply of electricity in sites
where such solutions are required, these thermal vapor
compression evaporators will be motivated by low-pressure
steam.
QDS
- Patented Clean Coal Technology
QDS is a
cost-effective, patented clean coal technology that
captures toxins emitted from coal fired power plants and
other industrial plants, developed by Quantam Dynamic
Sciences Inc and distributed by
CO2Tech.
The toxins are captured using a liquid sorption technology
where the captured toxins can be used for other industrial
products, such as fertilizer. The patented technology will
be added to
CO2Tech's
arsenal of solutions for carbon emission abatement and
emission control for its industrial clients. The
technology eliminates almost all toxins from coal fired
power plants, refineries and other industrial plants.
